You left out the conference chair's commission. ;-)

Thanks for the explanation, Nancy.  I was just surprised by the
magntitude of the increase, as I'm sure others were, or will be.  I
thought it would be better to get this discussion in the open and out of
the way early.

It should also be pointed out that, as I recall, SUGI is independent of
SAS Institute and must cover its own costs.  SI only pays for its
displays and the opening night festivities, correct?

I've been looking forward to this conference since I heard Nancy was
going to chair it. You NESUGgers know what kind of a job she does; now
the whole world's about to find out!
