Hi all, Christmas is coming so I use red & green (I don't know of any Hanukkah colors). Everyone has much email and other things to do so I'll keep it short (this 'letter, not a person, right The Tall One). To begin with, the address for a shell screen saver is; rainesbk@cybertime.net & gundersr@UWP.EDU, the last address will photograph your own shells. Since I'm the Murex Man a screen saver of Murexes would be great if I find one. To our shell friend in the Netherlands; on p. 164 of Seashells of the Northern Hemisphere by R.Tucker Abbott, copyright, 191 has a picture & description of a zebra mussel mentioned if I remember the Latin name you said (I think so). I want to mention to Glen & Laura Burghaart that I got a copy (unbound) of the book; West Coast Chitons when I subscribed to Of Sea & Shore magazine in the early '70's. I also like Chitons as well as Murexes probably because of Bill Old (who sadly pasted away), of the mollusk (it's spelled right, look in a LARGE dictionary) department of the Am. Museum of Natural History. Well, I think that takes care of everyone for now. If I missed a question, there is always a next time. Jordan *
