I have returned from SESUG in sunny Mobile, AL. I want to thank everyone for the discussion and comments on the curiosity with rounding. The discussion was most interesting and very enlightening, even if the subject matter was not of major import.

Now I have to add "Whittington's Rule" to my SAS toolbox <G> Perhaps someone wants to do a Coder's Corner piece on "Whittington's Rule" at SESUG next year in Charlotte? John, will you be stateside in October?

Thanks again for all the comments.

Dave
