Subject:   looking for "training period" suggestions with SAS
Content-Type:   text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Hi SAS L'ers,

I am in charge of an intensive course in SAS for students preparing a Master's degree in mathematics. Some of those students are looking for suggestions for their "training period" which would have something to do with SAS. Those students have good skills in Unix, C C++, and are following from now till March the following courses :

- Operational Research - Data Analysis - Non parametric modelling - Time series - Financial mathematics - Numerical Analysis

There are two or three other optional courses. For each course students have to prepare a little project which includes programming in SAS or in another language of their choice.

As some of these students would like to have better skills in SAS programming, they are intereseted in suggestions that would make them work with SAS.

So if any member of this list may have any suggestion to one or some of these students, I would be happy to announce it to them.

P.S. These students are ready for the training period by the first of April. They are presently in Marseille (France), and generally they have a good level in English.

Best regards.
