How to execute a SAS BATCH job without SAS/Intrnet product from a Web Page in a Windows environment?

We have SAS on an NT web server and would like to execute a SAS batch job from a web page. Does anybody have any sample code (CGI, JAVA, PERL,VB, etc) that will do this, including the sample html code.

Appreciate any guidance/help that you can provide.
