Hi Michael, You can find the path/name in SASHELP.VEXTFL however, SAS doesn't seem to provide a way to identify which FileRef link is the one that goes with your edit window. Be aware that for the same window the FileRef will randomly change on you(6.12 & 8.0), so the straight answer to your question is NO, but maybe some "scheme" could be used that would correctly give you the correct entry *most* of the time.

I too hope some knows the magic place to find the current program name, but I think this has been asked before, ...what-say-gurus?
