I actually had this problem recently and thought it had something to do with DBMS/Copy. I was converting a SPSS dataset to SAS and then looking at it in SAS Viewer v6 and I noticed that what should have been 0.5 values were being shown by SAS Viewer v6 as 10! I thought there was a problem with the conversion process but after confering with the programmer, he let me know that there was a bug in version 6 and recommended that I download (for free) version 7 from the SAS homesite. The new version has a slightly different interface but seems fine. The only complaint I would have with it is that I cannot edit my flat files in it and keep them with their file specific extensions as I have been able to in version 6, using it as a text editor program.

Good luck, John
