I am a graduate student analyzing repeated measures data using the MIXED
procedure of SAS. The data consist of weights of animals fed four
treatment level of rations over a period of four weeks. One of the
objectives of the study is to compare treatments at specific week and
averaged over the four week period.
A paper by Littell, R.C., Henry, P.R., and C.B. Ammerman titled
"Statistical Analysis of Repeated Measures Data Using SAS Procedure." J.
Anim. Sc. 1998. 76:1216-1231 specified how to calculate the standard error
of treatment mean difference at specific day (week for my case). At this
point, I have difficult figuring out the formula for finding the standard
error of treatment mean difference averaged over days (four weeks for my
case). I will appreciate for the help.
