Well, well, well.....

So I guess the guy who created the PCL overlay macros that you download to the printer isn't with the company anymore hey??

What a shame they got rid of him.....

But on the bright side, he's now doing some pretty good work for some appreciative and satified clients as a consultant.

Anyway, if you check with your colleagues in Sydney (ie Rodney), they might be able to find the documentation that the original developer left behind... (I'ts only been a couple of years, sureley a research company would keep stuff like that.....)

Failing that, I would suggest a bit of grovelling or dusting of the cheque book....
