TITLE: DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
Experienced IM professional to direct and coordinate data development and
production activities and analysis for IM dept. Responsibilities include
determining company wide IM requirement's, identify project priorities,
writing SAS specs, developing computer programs for specified applications,
and coordinating data statistics, epidemiology, or related field.
In addition to SAS experience, prefer strong background in Access, SQL
coding, visual c++.
Data Management Coordinator
Candidates must possess at least three years data management
experience. Need strong technical people with skills in SAS and a
plus would be PL/SQL. Must have experience with creating data listings and

TITLE: SAS PROGRAMMER
Must have four years experience. Will spend approximately 35-40% of
the time supporting Systems and Infrastructure Support and 45-50% of
the time in Clinical Programming support. Previous work experience
in a clinical data environment is key! This person must show
initiative and the ability to question and defend positions.
TITLE: MANAGER/SENIOR ANALYST (depending on level of experience)
Will use various databases and decision support systems, both mainframe and
PC-based, to analyze overall profitability and performance of sales
promotion programs, this includes to extracting data necessary to perform
accurate analysis, setting-up strategically relevant and statistically valid
tests, and using database marketing techniques to identify new marketing
opportunities. Must be able to think quantitatively about marketing issues
and translate statistics into practical marketing insights. Will work
closely with sales and retention marketing group to develop sales promotion
strategies that will improve profitability and increase retention.
QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate degree with 4+ years of marketing analysis
experience or MS or MBA and 2+ years related experience, excellent
quantitative and communication skills, strong SAS skills and a familiarity
with mainframe and personal computer software and databases is required.
Catalog and/or club experience a plus.
