Hi...from the SAS web site...

Rasch model This is an item response model used to analyze the responses of subjects to items on a test. This model is not explicitly fit by any procedure currently. However, viewed as a problem in modeling repeated binary measurements on subjects, a model can be fit using the generalized estimating equations methodology available with the REPEATED statement in PROC GENMOD.

I always look at the following when I have such questions...

Is anyone aware of any methods in SAS for doing Rasch models??? Or, alternatively, does anyone have any recommendations for software to either use or avoid??? TIA
