Deep in the documentation on-line you might find instructions for this
like
after (esc)C what you type will be Cyan
(esc)B what..................Blue
(esc)K ..................blacK
etc, and
(esc)2 ......................underlined
How deep is (!) anyway it is 6+ levels down
SAS System
SAS Companion for Microsoft Windows
Running the SAS System under Windows
Using Graphical Interface Features of the SAS System
Working within Your SAS Session
Creating Text Highlighting and Special Characters
Special Character Attributes
and then hit the link to Extended Color Key Sequences
No wonder it isn't well known !
the texteditor command
COLOR <NUMBERS | TEXT | MTEXT> color <highlight>
is documented somewhere in the structure, but I can only find it through
the Index tab of the on-line help -- so I have to know of the command
before I can find it !
Can anyone find the on-line documentation for the command
COLOR MAP BLUE CYAN
?????????????????????????????????????????
