Subject:      remote submit problem

I noticed yesterday that when I do different combinations of remote on/off
with submit/submit local/submit remote, I can get a problem. The problem
occurs if I do a submit continue local when I have issued REMOTE ON. The
submit is done remotely, rather than locally. It seems to work properly in
all other cases. Has anyone seen this one?
