I have the Geigy Scientific Tables (7th edition), eds K. Diem and C. Lentner. These include weight, length, and a variety of other measurements. They are given for boys and girls beginning with birth by month for the first year, then by 1/2 yearly intervals to age 17. Seven percentiles are given. The only real limitation of the data is that the source is Swiss children between 1956 and 1962. It's possible this information has been updated since then. If anyone has more recent information, I would be interested in that.
