This list has been a lifesaving source of information so far. I hope
it will continue with my latest question. I ned to find sas code and
a published reference for obtaining exact upper and lower binomial
confidence intervals. There are plenty of references in texts for
using the normal approximation, but I cannnot find EXACT confidence
intervals.
