OK, we had a simmilar question some weeks ago. Here is the answer, that was
given by somebody in the list:
Turns out this is a well-known problem with at least two routes to go for
fixing. The problem is related to USB support being present in Win95
4.00.950B.
V6.12 and USB support do not play well together.
So you can:
1) Get a patch FIBERFIX.EXE available at the SAS ftp site and run it
OR
2) Remove USB support by going to your Control Panel and clicking on
Add/Remove to get rid of it.
