I seem to remember creating an Autosys jobstream on Unix where
the commands were SAS programs.
However, it was a long time ago and don't seem to remember any quirks.
As long as you make sure the job returns error codes or create a
wrapper script that checks for errors it should run fine.
If you need more detail as to the steps involved, I still have contacts
at my old jobsite and can get the information if the jobstream is still
run. It isnt much but its the best I can do...
I have been an autosys Expert for approx 5 years and an SE for 2.
I am currently a Senior Consultant for Stirling Systems Group.
