Subject: DBMS/COPY Developer has new program for the internet
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"
Hi, my name is Henry Feldman and I am the developer of DBMS/COPY and
DBMS/Engines.
I have been working on a new program to READ data stored in Internet HTML
tables.
It seems that every software developer is busy adding HTML table output
options to their programs. What can you do with this data except look at
it? The objective of this new program (currently called DBMS/HTML) is to
capture the data stored in tables and write the results to spreadsheets,
databases and statistics packages.
DBMS/HTML can handle data lists (one record per line) and cross tables
(rows vs. column results).
I am ready to release a beta of DBMS/HTML. You DO NOT have to be a user of
DBMS/COPY to use this program.
If you have need to read data available to you as Internet HTML tables, I
would love for you to try the DBMS/HTML beta. Please send me an email if
you are interested.
Thanks for your time.
Henry
