See the paper "Kappa Statistics for Multiple Raters Using Categorical Classifications" by Annette Green of Westat in the SUGI 22 (1997) Proceedings. (Paul, if you don't have easy access to this and would like a PDF document, please let me know.)

I'm looking for references for assessing inter-rater reliability for more than 2 raters.

When using more than two raters, must you avoid using the same rater in more than one pair?

Thanks, Paul Robertson
