I apologize to the readers of the SAS-L. This portion of the text that Anthony sent back is from an e-mail message and was never intended for posting on the SAS-L. I should never have goaded a person like this. He clearly engaged on a full-blown, Limbaughian, slander-fest. And nothing going to stop him.
