There are a number of books available from SAS:
Categorical Data Analysis Using the SAS System #C55320
Logistic Regression Examples Using the SAS System #C55201
Professor Paul Allison from U of Penn gave a 5 days seminar on
'Categorical data analysis using sas' last July. I would bet he is going
to teach it again next year.
