In fact, during 10 years of consulting I only have worked at one client that did not already have SAS licensed. Perhaps due to my niche, MVS tuning, performance, strategic planning, chargeback, etc. etc. etc.

If I don't have one new client, each year, willing to be a referral I might as well give this up.
