I interpretted this as one new customer reference for my company, not that
I must provide a new customer for SI. In fact, during 10 years of
consulting I only have worked at one client that did not already have SAS
licensed. Perhaps due to my niche, MVS tuning, performance, strategic
planning, chargeback, etc. etc. etc.
If I don't have one new client, each year, willing to be a referral I might
as well give this up.
