Subject:      Handle abend exit CEECDATX does not work!

Dear everybody,
 
I found that the handle abend program for an assembler program was not
invoked at program abend.  THe result is the 4039 abend with the message
CEE1000S.  I try to use the CEECDATX exit of LE/370 to get control at program
abend but suprisingly, I found that the exit was not invoked at 4039 abend.
 
Do you have similar experience?  How to solve this problem?
