SUDAAN from RTI calculates weighted medians and other percentiles. It also calulates the SE's of the parms, for hypothesis testing.

It has the advantage of calculating the standard errors on stratified samples, cluster samples, and other multi-stage designs which SAS cannot do.

It reads SAS datasets as well as ASCII and other layouts.
