You can set up macro variables with the information you requiure in them
and include that in the title statement. In this case you must put the
title in double quotes so that the macro variables will get resolved
title "From &a - &b"; for example.
Another thing you can do is if these values are values of the BY
variable then you can switch off the usual byline using the options
nobyline; statement and using these values in your title3 for example.
title3 'From #byval1 etc.";
