Hi!
 
I am working with a 2x2 factorial design with 3 dependent variables. The
results that I obtained indicate that these 3 dependent variables are
related. Nevertheless, I am analysing them idenpendently (for theoretical
reasons...). So, the question is: is it viable to compare the main effects
(of the independent variables) on the dependent variables ?? Well, let me
put it this way: this is more or less lyke a meta-analytic procedure but
within the same study !?!
 
If my assumption is correct, can you give some references where I can get
empirical support for this statistical procedure ?
