When do you want these macros?  I have a few that might be useful, but
I don't have time to add documentation right now.

I am currently in the process of writing a book on the SAS Macro Facility for
SI's BBU program.  One of the things that I would like the book to include is a
section on useful macros generated by the SAS user community.  Ideally these
macros will be fairly short (20-40 lines), illustrate some feature of the macro
language, and will perform some basic (useful?) task.
 
If you have (or know of) a macro that you would like to have included send it to
me for consideration at this CompuServe address or the snail mail address below.
My hope is to annotate the code and make it available electronically as well.
Contributors will of course be cited.
