Tim, I'm not sure that this isn't a case of what, over here, we call 'making
a mountain out of a molehill'. Quite apart from my suggestion that, if he
has SAS/GRAPH, the questionner may not actually need to write any routines,
for someone who is aware of the mathematics involved, to write DATA step
code to determine the regression equation (if that is all that's wanted)
ought not to take more than a few minutes; after all, it's only a question
of accumulating a few quantities and then doing a bit of arithmetic at the
end of the step!
