Subject: Proc Freq 6.12 question
Content-Type: Text/Plain; charset=US-ASCII

Is there an option in 6.12 to get the old 'truncated value label' output format for PROC FREQ. For historical reasons we have very large value labels and a 6.09 PROC FREQ that only took 1 page now takes 4 pages to print (and each page only contains 1 column of results.. the 1st has the freq, the 2nd the percent, the 3rd the cumulatve freq and the last 1 the cumulative %).

I'm hoping there is some sort of "backwards compatibility" switch in 6.12 so that we can get the old "truncated value label" format.

Thanks,
