Subject:   job for SAS Programmer

The Center for STatistical Sciences and Brown University, Providence, RI has an opening for a part time SAS programmer (16-20 hours per week). Qualifications include prior experience with SAS, including database manipulation and report preparation. General knowledge of MS Word, the UNIX operating system, database software other than SAS, and/or introductory level statistics is desirable, but not required.

Duties include analyzing data from a large epidemiologic study, preparing summaries of the analyses, and keeping the database organized on the computer. Supervision and direction will be provided by faculty at the Center.
