USER TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATES, INC. The positions, located in downtown Washington, DC, provide support to UTA's customer, the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Senior SAS Programmers UTA has openings for experienced SAS programmers to develop sophisticated applications in a mainframe / client-server environment. The positions require 10 years overall experience developing applications in a Windows, UNIX, DOS, or mainframe environment (MVS, SUPERWYLBUR) with significant experience in: Relational database development (especially in SYBASE), System level testing, Cost/benefit analysis and technical team leadership. Requirements include: Five + years of senior level SAS programming. Communications: PC, TCP/IP, FTP. Expertise with SAS macros (a definite plus). Table driven design and concepts experience (a plus).
