Subject: Re: SAS-L digest?
There is a listserver feature called digest. It does not actually
summarize the sas-l traffic, it just bundles all of the messages for a
day into a single file and sends you that large file instead of each of
the small messages.
If you are already a subscriber, send the message:
set sas-l digest
to:
listserv@uga.cc.uga.edu (note two things--this is listserv rather than
sas-l and it assumes the UofGa server while you may have used one of the
other servers).
If you do not already subscribe to sas-l, then subscribe before setting
your subscription to digest. To subscribe, send the message:
subscribe sas-l Boyce Williams
to:
listserv@uga.cc.uga.edu
Alternatives to digest mode include mail mode and nomail mode. Choosing
nomail maintains your subscription but sends you no mail.

Is there a SAS-L digest one can subscribe to and what is its name?
