AJLCary is correct--V6 does not allow you to manipulate screen datasets in code.

The screen datasets in version 6+ of SAS are stored as catalog entries on most (if not all operating systems). They are not printable or editable from the catalog manager. It is possible that MVS stores them differently from the other OS's, however I don't remember there being that great a difference when I last worked on MVS last August.
