Subject:      ANOVA Analysis

I know this is not an Excel News group, but I thought I could get some
mathematical help here.
 
I am trying to calculate a Two Way Analysis of Variance(ANOVA), FTEST
and a Post Hoc Least Significant Difference Test using Excel.  Some
sample data is below.  This is just a small sample of a large group as
an example.

I am not stuck on Excel if there is a better way please let me know.
