Subject: Check for duplicate ID or SUB numbers

I have a very large data set with SUBJECT or ID NUMBERS ranging from 1 to 6000. I do a lot of updating and merging. Often I have to run a frequency of the SUBJECT variable and quickly scan for frequencies > 1. That way I can check for cases with duplicate SUBJECT numbers (ea record/case should have a unique SUBJECT number). Is there an easier was to find cases with SUBJECT > 1 thru a macro?
