Yes. PROC MIXED (available as of version 6.07) is equivalent to BMDP5V. It is documented in the brown cover Technical Report P-229 SAS/STAT Changes and Enhancements. There is also available a new manual that updates all the SAS/STAT documentation from version 6.07 through 6.11 that would also include the MIXED procedure.
