Once upon a time long ago there was a PROC DBF. Then SI decided to
take it away. Folklore has it that PROC DBF came back later on.
My question: Should SAS for Windows 6.10 have PROC DBF, even when no
other ACCESS product than ACCESS to ODBC has been licensed?
Will SAS for Windows 6.11 have PROC DBF included in the BASE product?
