In terms of books for SAS, I would recommend the Schlotzhauer and Littel book through SI. Everyone on our campus who teaches SAS now uses it for undergrad and grad courses alike in Psychology, Sociology, Health Sciences, Nursing and Business Administration. I have been using it since 1988 and have only found one printing error in it.
