Hello,

I have a dataset, where I have measured an effect on the same individual for 10 consecutive days. The individuals were collected from different sites.

I want to run a GLMM with this using Proc GLIMMIX, where I have different fixed factors and the site as random factor.

Is there a way to incorporate a repeated measure design in proc glimmix? which statement should I use for this?

Any suggestion will be of great help

Thank you

Nsaha
