All,
Can anyone tell me whether these FCC rules apply to live streaming direct
to our website of our graduation, convocation and athletic events? Some of
this content may also play on video monitors around our campus, but if it
isn't broadcast on an actual TV network, do we still have to meet this
requirement?
thanks,
Janice
