Thank you very much Mr. Petit. I will most assuredly contact Dr. Oliverio. I appreciate the contact information and the help.

Although this subject is way out of the area of any expertise I may have, I can advise that there was an exhaustive paper on "Coralliophilinae ... from the southwest Pacific" by Marco Oliverio in 2008 in Tropical Deep-Sea Benthos Vol. 25. It is a well-illustrated paper. No mention is made of Adams' asper, either as a valid name or a synonym.

You may wish to contact Dr. Oliverio at _marco.oliverio@uniroma1.it_ (mailto:marco.oliverio@uniroma1.it) . I am sure he will help you if possible.

Sorry I cannot be of more assistance.
