Thanks Mike for posting this - I downloaded the book last night...I love the Kindle - it says the book is 6,661 "pages", but even though I've been reading it for an hour and a bit, I'm already on page 987! Talk about a real sense of accomplishment LOL

have a great day and stay cool! (BTW, I love the default output will now be HTML, and ODS will be on automatically...I've confirmed with our IT guys here and we should be getting 9.3 by the end of September at the latest...).
