Subject: Little Lake Herrick (Clarke) Connecticut Warbler,
Gray-cheeked Thrush 5/14
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1
Brad Hogue and I heard a Connecticut Warbler (my 3rd or 4th Athens
CONW this week!) and Gray-cheeked Thrush singing at Little Lake
Herrick this morning, from the spot marked on this map.

Directions to Lake Herrick can be found on the wingsoverga website.
The closest parking spot to the birds is to drive the access road all
the way to its end, and then walk the gravel track behind the gates
until you reach the little lake. Follow the dirt path with the little
lake to your left and the railroad to your right, and then just after
the lake make a left onto the path bordering the privet thicket.
