Hello everyone! Just wanted to remind you that the Georgia Mountain BirdFest is now taking registrations. Visit www.gamtnbirdfest.com for more details or to register for the event.

We're excited to have over 30 of Georgia's birding "experts" leading over 60 field trips and seminars! We will feature Terry Johnson, retired D.N.R., and Giff Beaton, author, as two of our evening speakers. Marshall Iliff of Cornell Lab of Ornithology will be our keynote speaker. While the majority of the event features bird related topics, we also offer tree ID, bats, butterflies, wildflowers, Flying Wild workshops and more! Furthermore, this is the first State Park event that has been approved to award PLU credits to teachers.
