I have the lateral version epicondylitis, right elbow, it began after operating chainsaw. I might be worth mentioning to make sure you have a wrist pad for your keyboard. I can touch type so it helps to keep the arms still, but operating the mouse is still painful. Cortisone injection in January helped right away. Advil, heating pad helped somewhat.
