I have the lateral version epicondylitis, right elbow, it began after operating chainsaw. I might be worth mentioning to make sure you have a wrist pad for your keyboard. I can touch type so it helps to keep the arms still, but operating the mouse is still painful. Cortisone injection in January helped right away. Advil, heating pad helped somewhat. Shoveling did not help. Good luck with your speech recognition software. I wonder how it will learn to speak SAS? Let us know how it goes...
