it seems that once I used the missing option in one proc means, it affected sub-sequential proc means without this option. how to shut it off?

Interesting article. I'm not sure I agree with the distinction between implicit and explicit CLASS statements, which I don't see as important enough to deserve to be mentioned in the first paragraph, but then I didn't go to the trouble to write the article.
