Suggest make sure you are on 9.1.3 SP4 before migrating.
There have been issues with earlier SPs of 9.1.3 going straight to 9.2
(although these may be metadata-related issues)
Also 32 to 64 bit will mean recompiling any compiled code - catalogs,
macros, etc.
