Between noon and 1:30 there were around 14 Mississippi Kites and one Swallowtail Kite circling and feed above the hayfield across from Fort Hollingsworth White House on Wynn Lake Rd. GPS coordinates: N34"25.802', W083"31.788' By 2:30 none were seen. This is very near Moss Creek where at least 8 STKIs were seen a few years ago on 8/10. That year they stayed around for a few days. I'll recheck the field later this afternoon and tomorrow morning. From 441 North from Commerce, turn left at Apple Pie Ridge, then left at the stop sign. In 1/4 mile go right on Wynn Lake Rd. about 3/4 mile or follow the brown Fort Hollingsworth signs. Mary Ellen Myers Wynn Lake Circle, Banks County
