A potential exhibitor to the shell show I am chairing has asked if an exhibit for which previously was awarded the COA and duPont Awards can qualify again since they are changing/adding to it. An exhibit that has previously earned the COA Award qualifies again as long as it has been changed at least 50% by specimens and/or graphics-text content.

My question is does this criteria apply to the duPont Trophy as well. Over ten years ago when I ran this show the judges followed the guideline for judging outlined by COA so I conclude this is also is true for the duPont but want to be sure that it is not governed by an alternate rule in this regard.
