Well proves two things: SAS admits that there is a problem and they are reactive rather than proactive. SGF and ballotware is good up to a point. Id rather see SAS be a little more proactive rather than reactive on many things. Look at BI (I still Big Mistake) when it was rolled out, the next thing you know you have whole tracks at SUGI then I believe on how to install it. Do we ave to pay the same price for EG also. Wen did learning from past mistakes become an option.
